All shipments to our EU customers are NOT subject to customs clearance or delays given that all merchandise will have cleared customs in England first before it is shipped to you.Due to import restrictions on vitamins and foods supplements, we ship to ALL EU member countries via our UK forwarding center. We guarantee ALL deliveries into the EU to be convenient, fast, and hassle free. When ordering from England or Holland, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. When ordering from all other EU Member Countries, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. ALL deliveries are guaranteed, so in case of non-receipt we will gladly refund your order.

CANADA: We ship directly to Canada using USPS First Class Mail or UPS, depending on the weight of the parcel, unless otherwise instructed by the customer. For special shipping services email us before ordering. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours excluding weekends. The shipping time to Canada varies and can be approximately 5 to 10 business days from the day of shipment. Parcels may be subject to additional customs clearance time and import duty. We do everything within our power to make sure that your parcel is labeled properly in order to avoid delays and excessive import tax/duties. Be aware that the laws in your country may require that you pay import duty upon receiving any merchandise and therefore you are fully responsible for these fees.

South America: When ordering from South and Central America, including Mexico, you must select "GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL" as the only shipping method. We do not ship to South America using any other shipping method or service aside from USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL. Hablamos Español.

Africa: We do not ship to Nigeria, Togo, or Ghana. Please contact us if you are in any other country for restrictions and/or availability.

Indonesia: We do not ship to Indonesia. Too many fraudulent orders.
We ship to all other countries, although we reserve the right to cancel any order if we believe it to be fraudulent or through the use of a stolen credit card.

Non European Union countries that we very frequently ship to are: Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Philippines, among others.

Countries we do not ship to: Togo, Ghana, Palestine, Indonesia, Nigeria, Norway (customs issues), Brazil (customs issues). All Nigerian/Ghana/Africa scam emails will be ignored.
